Par-blue Black-capped Caique

A caique with turquoise wing, tail, and lore feathers, a black cap, white belly, and a set of cream-colored cheeks and thighs. Par-blue black-capped caiques are very difficult to distinguish from true blue black-caps in certain lighting conditions, as their yellowish plumage is so close to white. However, they seem to be slightly more common than true blues. Given the amount of Psittacin removal, this mutation should probably be classed as turquoise.
