Great Green macaw x Scarlet macaw (Verde/Verdi macaw)

A naturally-occurring hybrid that is more common in captivity. Verde macaws have lime-colored back and wing feathers, blue flight feathers, a bright red chest and crown, and very thin facial stripes. Their beaks are mixed-color, their eyes are yellowish-silver, and their black chin marking is smaller and blurred. Verde macaws are similar to shamrock macaws, though rarer and larger in size.
