Blue and gold macaw x Catalina macaw (Catablu macaw)

While coloration differs from bird to bird, the average Catablu looks like a slightly greener blue and gold macaw. Setting them apart, however, are their slightly thinner facial stripes and yellow-orange chest that becomes more obvious with a direct comparison. Catablus are relatively easy to breed but not preferred above other combinations. They are 75% blue and gold macaw and 25% scarlet macaw.
