Catalina macaw x Scarlet macaw (Camelot macaw)

Camelots are one of the most popular hybrids around today. They were first bred by Parrot Jungle in 1948, where three main forms were developed: red-dominants, yellow-dominants, and blue-green-dominants. These color forms are not unique to camelots, but are usually left unnamed in other hybrids. Red-dominant occurs when more red scarlet coloration is present on the bird, blue-green dominants occur when more blue-green catalina coloration appears, and yellow-dominants likely occur when these two colors are combined. They are 75% scarlet macaw and 25% blue and gold macaw.
