A somewhat uncommon mutation that is sometimes (incorrectly) called “olive”. While a pure grey-green mutation was established in Australia, the color is often seen in hybrids with grey-green scaly-breasted and rainbow lorikeets. Grey-green musk lorikeets are army-green with blackish flight feathers and the species’ typical red and yellow markings.

A rare mutation that results in a fully yellow bird with red ears and a red and pink crown. Their flight feathers are whitish and their tail feathers have very small amounts of red at the base.
