Pictured right, the hybrid has an oddly light yellow-green color and red belly. This is certainly the result of a mutation green-cheeked conure parent, specifically an opaline individual. The left bird may even be one of the parents.
Both species have many visual similarities, but differ in how much red they have on their foreheads. Hybrids would have a mix of the two, some parts green and some parts red.
This hybrid has a dark head mixed with red, blue, and grey. The body will be fully green, though tail and flight feathers may be mixed-color.
Has faded markings of each, mainly a faded red ear and other crimson-bellied traits. Despite the crimson-bellied influence, in other pictures this bird cannot be seen to have a red lower chest at all.
The first individual was produced by a female black-capped conure and male rose-crowned conure, while the second (pictured in front) is an adult with unknown parentage.
