Lutino Slaty-headed Parakeet
A yellow-plumed mutant with various markings depending on the bird’s sex. While males have red wing spots and pale pink heads with a white ring, females have light yellow heads and more orange-colored bills. This mutation is very rare in part due to how uncommon slaty-headed parakeets are in captivity.
