Galah cockatoo x Major mitchell’s cockatoo

First recorded in a 1950 exhibition, they have become one of the most common cockatoo hybrids in captivity. Adults (pictured left) have a lot of pink coloration with light grey wings and occasionally some hot pink or orange in the crest, whereas babies (pictured right) have a larger proportion of grey everywhere on their bodies.
