A fully canary-yellow bird with deep red eyes, light yellowish-white flight feathers, and small golden cheeks. Its bill and feet are ivory in color. Like the two other orange-chinned parakeet mutations, lutinos are currently being developed by Jacobo Lacs at the Del Istmo Conservation Center in Panama.
