Blue Plain Parakeet

A mutation first bred and maintained by Alvaro Rossman Carvalhaes. Blue plain parakeets are fully blue with slightly darker wings and a cerulean-colored tail. Given the lack of any recent photographs, the variety may have gone extinct.
