An extremely rare hybrid, only one individual is known to have existed in captivity. it is mostly green with a yellowish chest, a golden yellow beak, and a dark blue face and flight feathers. As the bird aged, it gained more and more red coloration on its chest. Unfortunately, the bird died only a year or two after these photos were taken. A breeder named Armand Schmidt may have had some involvement in its creation.
