An uncommon melanistic rainbow lorikeet mutation that becomes darker the more copies the bird has. An SF is pictured first, with a slightly darker pickle-green backside and grey-blue head & belly. A DF is pictured second, with a dry army-green backside and almost completely grey face and belly. DFs, having more unique coloration, are more popular than SFs.
