A common mutation that has a pink and white-streaked head, a bright red-orange chest, and a yellow backside. Lutino rainbow lorikeets are so widely available that they are often hybridized with other species just to pass on their mutation. Occasionally, young lutinos are born with an abnormal amount of red feathers that molt out soon after fledging (pictured second).
