A brightly-colored bird with a dark red cap and thighs, a golden-yellow head, buttery-yellow wings, and a white chest. Given its markings, the pictured bird is an adult male. Whether or not this mutation still exists is unknown, but it was likely produced in Australia due to the large red-capped parrot population there.
