An exceptionally rare bird owned by Amazon Parrots S. A. C. Blue tui parakeets are azure blue with darker wings, bright cerulean flight feathers, and a small white crown. Due to how rare tui parakeets are in Aviculture, blue is the only existing mutation in the species.
