Blue-eyed cockatoo x Umbrella cockatoo

A hybrid that can be difficult to identify at a glance. Blue-eyed x umbrella cockatoos are fully white with blue-grey eye rings and a slightly larger overall size. Their crests are somewhat Moluccan-like, having large, semicircular feathers mixed with light yellow and white. These birds are typically bred due to a lack of other options – blue-eyed cockatoos are very rare in captivity.
